Jumog Waterfall

Jumog Waterfall is another beautiful waterfall located in Central Java, Indonesia, specifically in the district of Karanganyar. It’s situated within the Jumog Tourism Forest area and is surrounded by lush greenery and limestone cliffs. The waterfall is approximately 30 meters high and is fed by the Jumog River.

Jumog waterfall is placed in Berjo village, Karanganyar. The distance to get to Jumog is 40 km from the center of Solo city to Tawangmangu. This waterfall is nicknamed as “the lost paradise” because sometimes the rainbow will across in this place.

As for the facilities which are provided including gazebo as the rest place, children game, swimming pool, and place to eat. If you are from the outside of the city, you don’t need to be worry about where to stay because in this place, there is a cottage and homestay provided.

Visitors can trek down a steep and winding trail to reach the waterfall, which can be a bit challenging but also very rewarding. Once there, they can swim in the clear pool at the bottom of the waterfall, relax on the rocky outcrops, and take in the stunning natural scenery. The waterfall is surrounded by the forest and there are several trails to explore around the area, making it a popular spot for hiking and nature lovers.
